Lionel is a professor at the School of Dramatic Art, University of Windsor, where he teaches acting in the BFA program. He an actor, director, and Artist Director of Northern Bruce Theatre, for which he directed Salt-Water Moon in July 2019. He is the Director of the Inspired Acting Lab and a founding Director of the Great Lakes Michael Chekhov Consortium and of Michael Chekhov Canada. His is a certified teacher of the Chekhov Technique thought the Michael Chekhov Association. Lionel is a member of Canadian Actors' Equity. Association
