Kate Goodwin is a professor of Stage Management and Theatre Education at Middle Tennessee State University. Since receiving her MFA in Stage Management from the University of Illinois, Kate has toured internationally with The Builders Association and their production of Continuous City, collaborated on new works with Voices of the South, and in 2014, she helped found AthensWest Theatre Company where she served as Production Manager until 2017. In addition to teaching, directing, designing, and singing karaoke, some favorite Stage Management credits include Doubt, Metamorphoses, Cosi fan tutte, Cicada, Dancing at Lughnasa, Driving Ms. Daisy, Chicago, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet.
