Brian Smallwood has been teaching at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for over four years now. His research focuses on increasing productivity through employee wellness, and he has presented on the topic for the American Public Works Association and Washington College. Prior to his academic career, Brian worked in New York City for 10 years as a technical director for companies including the Rattlestick Theater, Ma-Yi Theater group, and more. Brian was co-owner of No Time for Love Productions, a company devoted to serving independent and Off-Broadway Theater.
