The program also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. The modules taught in this class have been formatted to fit the live entertainment industry by members of the ICAP (IATSE Craft Advancement Committee) as a part of the OSHA/USITT/IATSE Alliance. Oily Cart audiences include the very young (from 6 months to 6 years) and young people with the most complex disabilities including Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) but their methods apply to many others who experience barriers in communication and socialization. The session will be led by Tim Webb MBE, the artistic director of the company for 37 years, and will include video examples and hands-on experience of Oily Cart techniques and materials.
